It requires 2.2 pounds to equal one kilo. Thus, the kilo is bigger.
Do not let one responder's reply of "same mass" even confuse you further. To clarify, ---2.2+pounds and one kilo are both same mass and will be equal but one kilo is bigger than one pound.
So that you do not get confused and forever thinking which one is bigger, just think that the letter k in kilo comes before the letter p in pound. And think that whichever is first alphabetically is bigger. "K comes before P so K is bigger."

By bigger, I assumed you meant which one weighed more. One kilo is about 2.2 pounds roughly, so a kilo is bigger than a pound.

A Kilogram is about 2.2 pounds, so it is heavier.
But only on earth.
Kilogram is a measure of mass, so the force that a kilo pushes down with (i.e. its weight) changes depending on gravity. But a pound is a measure of weight, so that's the same. On the moon, a pound would be just under 3 times heavier than a kilogram.

Hi. Neither. They are a measure of mass, not size. The kilo is about 2.2 lbs though.
