I don't advocate abuse of any form, so here's another solution to your problem. Make sure your things are in their proper place. That way he will have no reason to bother then in the first place. If they're all over the place, and he actually helps you clean up, then he might throw something that you cherish, away. I'm a man, but I have a place for things, and make sure they're there, so they don't get lost or thrown away.

You have anger issues. On the other hand, he sounds like a dolt.
Does that make it OK, if there's enough blame to go around?
It's not normal to want to kick your husband senseless. A good smack upside the head might make you feel better, but kicking can result in serious injuries and he's already senseless enough isn't he?
You guys really need to think about getting some help with this. Obviously you're not working through it as a couple.

He sounds like my husband. I get so frustrated with him!!! I think it is normal to want to give husbands (or wives) a kick in the pants from time to time. It is not normal to follow through on it. I don't think you have anger issues, but your husband may have some consideration issues. I feel your pain!! Good Luck!

Yes you have anger issues. But, I would to if I was dealing with the same thing! lol
The best thing to do is to have a "hands off" policy with him. Tell him for now on, if he feels the need to move your things, then put the items in a specific location and you will determine whether it needs to be discarded or not.

Don't leave your $#!^ out. You're probably a slob and all he wants is a clean house. I doubt he is just going around throwing away random stuff that is put away. Quit your bi^(#ing. I think he should slap the taste out of your mouth for posting your marriage problems for all to see on the Internet

you are too cute, "a kick in the pants". dunno what to tell you girl other than I'm going through something similar with my boyfriend, but he doesn't throw out my things he gives them away to his kids without asking me first & when I say "hey where is my memory card for my camera or who ate my whoppers (candy)" he is quick to say "I'll go buy you a new one"................I like the idea of a good "kick in the pants" lol.

I can understand why you'd be upset. He should ask - its simple! Its probably not normal to want to kick him senseless, but understandable. Sorry!
