I got a black zune for christmas. I was so exited that I finally got one am couldn't wait to connect with my friend who got one for her birhtday. So when I tried connecting with her her Zune said "Sreaching for nearby Zune Divices" While mine said " Your zune wireless is turnedoff to turn on go to settings on turn on" So I went to settings and I looked at the wireless setting and it was already on so I try again but it is still saying the same thing. I also tried turning it off to see if that would work and off on off again but nothing seens to bo working!! Please help me I really need it to work. SEND ME YOUR THOUGHTS PLEASE!!!

it could be possible that her's is turned off or something. Are you sure it says under settings - wireless : on? It doesn't hurt to double check.

u should try charging the zune all the way, if that doesn't work than try connecting with someone else maybe it's her zune that doesn't work.... but if it's yours than u should go back to the store and return it or change it for another one

Check your batteries. Weaker batteries decrease the range.
Take both devices to one of the stores you bought it at. Sometimes the manufacture will send information to the seller to help them fix simple problems so they don't have to be sent back (which costs everyone money).
