Here is what I'd do. For the cytoplasm I'd use clear gelatin and cook it up to make clear jello. For the vacuole I'd use any container. For the nucleus I'd use a plastic baggy and put some styrofoam peanuts in it for chromosomes. I'd use beans for the mitochondria and m and ms for the ribosomes. For the lysosomes you can use marbles or something, and for the endoplasmic reticulum you could just use some Saran wrap and kind of wrinkle it up a little and put in there, preferably a colored variety so it shows up in the clear gelatin.

why dont u just take an egg with you.it represents the cell in 3d.do one thing.take an egg and put it in hcl(u can get easily).the hcl will desolve the outer shell and u ll have a nice soft and delicate cell with cell membrane and all things u need.u ll be able to see through it and if you need ribosomes u can add sesame seeds through the membrane and then reseal the membrane.but i want advice doin so.this cell will act as biological cell.u can demonstrate osmosis as this ll shrink if u put it in salt water or alcohol and ll swell up if u put in simple plain water.
