34 is probably a size 12-14. I wear 33s, which is equal to size 12. 24 is quite possibly the circumfrence of your thigh, so that the pants would be fitted to you exactly (not bad for tailoring). The last number may be the inseam length.
Of course, I'm making an educated guess on these. What is the brand name? Then go to their website. You'll find all you need there.

34 = Measurement of the fullest part of the bust.
24 = Measurement of the smallest circumference of the waist.
34 = Measurement of the widest part of the hips around the butt.

32-24-34 inches means how many inches is on the waist. So if you take a tape measure and measure the waist it would equal something like that.
