People in America like to buy things about America (thats no shock). Artists realize that Americans have a much more of a disposable income than other countries, which is why they often boot their own country and sing about America.

What bands specifically.Tell me a beatles or stones number that praises the usa.Basically american bands/singers write/sing songs about thier homeland,they're proud americansWhereas the brits don't try to advertise the country.They don't have to,We don't have the black hats to scrutinise everything we say,see or hear Of course some bands may sing of america.That's allowed in the uk
