is that what low rider trucks use? Is it called an air bag system or something else? (I'm not talking about hydrolics)

I'm talking about how when the truck is parked, you can hit a switch and basically make the truck drop to almost the body sitting on the ground.

yes some do use a bag system

Yes, I think you're thinking of an air bag suspension. They show up in some low-riders, a few Lincolns and other Ford products as original equipment, and are also used in many dump trucks and other large trucks. These let you adjust the ride height, have pretty good weight carrying capability, and unlike many hydraulics, work as a pretty good substitute for springs. But they don't move as fast as hydraulics.
