It could be a number of things, first try looking at your Radiator, then Thermostat, then hoses, Then if everything is ok have your Heater Core checked

If its a V^ you may have a leaking intake intake manifold gasket.
Check your oil too see if it has coolant in it.

check your antifreeze level,replace your thermostat,check for a leak,,,,water pump ,,rad,,hose,,etc intake gasket leaking,
see if your oil looks like chocolate milk,if so your motors toast..
pull your plugs out and look at them ,,get your coolant system pressure tested..
