20kg. Any way I advise you against take this company; I flew twice and each time I flew back with one other company (once from Saigon and once from Hanoi) cause they use to cancel some flights without warn the customers

It depends on the seating class that you're flying. Economy and business class allows for one (1) carry on and two (2) checked baggage weighing no more than 35 kilos each. First class allows for a third checked bag.
