HI. I want to know where I can find plain barrettes to buy in wholesale. I just want the silver clasping part because I am going to design the bow to be sewn on top. If you could give me a website or a store in the charlotte (nc) area that would be fantastic!

I don't live near NC, but I'm wondering if you have a "Michaels" craft store in the area. They sell all kinds of material to make beads, earrings, shirts, and I believe plain silver barrettes. If you do have one, I'd call to see. And if not, maybe there are other craft stores in your area.

Sally Beauty Supply sells them in packs of up to 50, as do most beauty supply stores.

Check Wal-Mart or CVS or another department store or pharmacy. They should have a variety of colors and styles so you should find what you need :)
