What is weather like in in West Texas?

how hot does the texas desert get? how often does it rain?

right now, in the winter, temperatures are like in the 60s (very rarely in the low 40s) but during the summer they can get really high-- probably about 100F. even though it doesnt rain so often, when it does, the temperature drops a few degrees
