Check the Focus Physical Review article below about the exotic atom positronium. It's a short-lived atom consisting of an electron and an anti-electron, or positron. Not only they exist, physicists have been able to produce some molecules with positronium atoms. Because a positron is far lighter than a proton, a positronium is lighter than an hydrogen atom.

Hydrogen (H). Check your periodic table of elements. Hydrogen has the least number of neutrons and electrons. The next lightest is Helium (He).

Hi. Hydrogen is the obvious answer, but helium is more likely to be found in gas and lithium is more likely to be found in the crust. Take your pick.
