I am looking at L’ Fisher, Bacolod Convention Plaza, or Casino Filipino Hotel. Can anyone tell me which one is the most comfortable and close to the nightlife? L Fisher does not have a pool wich is a drawback.

When I visit Bacolod I always stay at www.palmas-del-mar.com .
It over on J.R. Torrez Ave less that 10 min away from the Golden Fields. It's a beach resort right on the water with 2 swimming pools and has a good poolside resturant whith a good view of the ocean. The rooms are very nice and I especially like staying in the "Lagoon Rooms" because of the view and outside covered terrace. A very nice and comfortable place to stay that is close to the nightlife and reasonably priced.

My wife and I have stayed at Palmas Del Mar before. I really wouldn't recommend staying there if you want to be close to the nightlife. It's ok if you want to sit by the pool drinking all day. Try the Casino Filipino Hotel if you want to enjoy Bacolod's nightlife.

L'Fisher, of course. It's like the center of what you need, mall, bars and a lot more. All in walking distance (or maybe a -5min ride to the mall).
