Is it normal to have brownish spotting?

Im on Loestrin, and I notcied the spotting only when i wipe myself...is that normal?

Blood fromy our uterus can be any shade from light pinkish to dark, dark brown. I wouldn't worry about it unless it goes on for more than a week or so, then you should talk to your doctor. If you just started your BC, I'd wait for a few days to see if it changes, as BC can cahnge the color/consistency of your period somewhat. Good luck!
