I reciently recieved my bill from Apple for over $100 dollars worth of music purchased on iTunes. This would not be wierd if I had ACTUALLY MADE THESE PURCHASES! I do have my credit card information on the acount, but I also have been charging every song since day 1 off of a gift card. My total spent on music is $42.80. All (supposidly) off of my $50 dollar iTunes gift card. I have gone to the Apple website and have found NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. How can I get my money back for these false charges?

I had the same issue, only on my bills for itunes there were additional songs that I did not even purchase along with the ones I did. I called up Apple and they are useless. They said they cannot refund any money. Since then I dont store my CC on file with them and only input it right before i buy something and take it off right after. I also have begun changing my password each month. The last bit of knowledge I gained is that the last two times this has happened, I was house-sitting at a friends who had unsecured wireless, so I do not open itunes at his place and buy anything anymore.

Other than that, Apple says you are out of luck. I would take your CC off your profile until you need it and then input it and take it off right after you buy something.
