Great question - You do not need a shower daily - especially in the winter if you are working at a desk job and have not gone through a heavy sweat during the day.
I sleep with a CPAP - a machine that allows me to breath all night - I take a shower in the morning just to make my hair look normal since I have a face mask I must wear. I have to use special soap otherwise my skin dries out from too much bathing and it itches because of being so dry in the winter.
Your fine especially in the winter with a shower every other day.
If you did not do any heavy work during the day then don't bother with a daily shower. If you are into heavy physical work and sweat a lot you will need a daily shower. You skin will be fine.
In the 1300's they thought a bath once a month was just fine.

funny you should ask that. I'm one of those rare guys who has virtually no body odor. And I mean that literally. there have been times, like after i was hit by a car real bad, I went at least 8 months with no shower. But I wash my face, I shampoo my head, & my neck separately with a cloth, my balls, my a.s.s., armpits, I soak my feet in soapy water.I shave and trim my nails & toes really well. It's going on almost a year since the car hit me. But I'm still very weak & shaky, with severe heart disease from the violent shock. I can barely go up or down stairs. andI thank God, I don't smell offensively, I am not sweating at all and I am not ashamed of this behavior. I was not this way during all my life till this happened. God will forgive me.
And I always wear clean, laundered clothes and bedsheets , etc.
I try my best. What U think of all this???

I work full time (Graveyards) and have a 2 year-old. I'm lucky if I get a shower 3 times a week, but I NEVER smell like BO. People that let themselves get to that point are just lazy

I feel more comfort if i take bath befor go to work and bofore bed. It is very healthy, we will get good sleep, no odd smell etc. Think a lady after cooking put some spray & sleep with you. I can not imagine. We will not get satisfaction. If both of us clean, we can enjoy more.

I take a shower everynight...unless im sick or dont feel good i take one maybe 2-3 times a day....it makes me feel better:)

i usually skip 1 or 2 a week, as i feel clean and rested and feel the need to not.
