See this guide. Presumably, you mean the squiggly-line (tilde) that turns an ordinary n character into a spanish en-yay character. Its a letter in its own right, different to n.

In MS Word, you can use Insert, Symbol.

If you are using Microsoft Word than you need to go to "insert" it is on the top row and then to "symbols" and set it to "Latin Extended" find the letter with the squiggle and insert. You can then set a shortcut for it and use key strokes.

u need the font with the squigly already there ... find it in some spanish text somewhere and copy/paste it to a notepad for when u need it ...

you can do it simply by pressing ALT+0241 (at the same time)
and if you want the "a" with an accent you just press ALT+0225 (at the same time)
