Depends on your level of maturity, responsability, integrity, and resources in a crisis. Good luck. Practice with a few easy ones to gain experience, and ALWAYS have a back-up and a Plan B (like cops phone #s, etc) Take care, and be sure to charge whatever you think you're worth.

You can start babysitting at age 13 and it always helps if you take a babysitting course

In England, 16. I'm not saying you aren't responsible enough to look after kids. Just that there's a lot of weirdos out there, and it only needs one to find out that a kid is babysitting on her own. I apologize if you're not a kid, just assuming that you are.

You should babysit when you are responsible make yourself resposible for the child and take resposibilities for any consequences.
