My bf's 21st birthday is in a week and we are trying to find a bar in STL so I can go as well. Preferably in St. Charles, MO a suburb outside of STL.

Go to "Blueberry Hill" in the University City Loop on Delmar Blvd.,great burgers and good R&R,and once in a while Chuck Berry or Eric Clapton will drop in. Have fun. PeeTee

Well, I know there aren't bars ALONE that let people get in, but a lot of resturants have a bar built in. I know a lot of resturants do that, I'm not positive which ones, but I know the Macaroni Grill has that kind of thing. You can sit with your BF, but they won't let you drink anything.
