A mirror. It can be used to signal ships and make fires. Then, I could get off the island. I'm not into sun and surf. I burn easy. ;(
Either that or a GPS navigation system, laptop with wireless internet to contact someone.

The person most dear to me, my mom. I have water around the island, food is probably there too, and if one of us gets hurt, my mom will know how to fix it because she's an EMT.

I know a few others have said it but.. I'd take my boyfriend, he'd be great company and would keep me sane! And I'm sure we could cook up ways to survive between the two of us.. all you need is love :-)
