The site was created by career counselors at the University of Virginia, and it isolates the books, assessments, free online career centers, etc. that they have found most useful.

One is offered by military recruiters - the ASVAB - Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery. Free, but you have to deal with a recruiter.

you should be able to take a free one at your local unemployment office.
