I don't think there are any that offer free pc calls to landlines. There is a company called skype that offers unlimited calls from your pc to a landline or mobile phone for only $14.95 a year within the United States. The quality of the calls are great. They also have a feature called Skype In where you can choose your own area code and phone number so that callers can call you on your pc. This is a additional $12 for 3 months or 12 months for $40.00, this includes voicemail as well. You need a headset or a usb phone that is hooked up to your computer. Check it out at www.skype.com
