In the Chinese Zodiac (ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_zodiac ) the Cat isn't in the zodiac because the mouse tricked it. (Also reference a Manga called Fruits Basket). Now my question is why the Vietnamese has a Kitty in it? Is there a story behind the Vietnamese Zodiac as well? The Chinese Zodiac has a story that is a race between the animals so... why did the Vietnamese Zodiac replace the rabbit with the cat? did the rabbit get tricked instead?

Some of those animals were translated wrong, like one of them is a goat instead of...something else. I don't remember. But maybe the zodiac was done by a different translation, or maybe they just don't see the constellations the same way.
I mean, the pictures in the stars *are* a little blurry.

Because cats taste more like chicken. And they also serve rats.It's only logical that they would be on the menu together.
