My morning workout turn disaster
when i just finished my pushups and on my last push i just gave out and fell on the ground, then I got a very SHARP pain in my right side of the head from i think a pulled muscle from my neck.
i am lucky i was able to get up but by rubbing my head for a couple mins, the pain and the numbness went away. later in the day i have a slight neck soreness and taking advil for a headache, just never felt a pain like that before especially in my head.
Just wondering if anyone has experience a sharp pain in the head from a pulled muscle around the shoulder blade or neck

I just pulled my right neck muslce about 3 hours ago. I got a pain not in my head but close to it. When i try to move my head to the right it hurts my head. Also your neck connects your head to your body and there are alot of major muscles there. Just had surgery on my shoulder about 4 weeks ago and it hurt just to move my head! For pain take advil, or something and put ice on it not heat right now wait about a day or to after the injury. Lay down and relax. Get yourself checked by a doctor asap. Could be something bad. Hope you get better.

no, but i have had that pain before, probably caused by a siatic nerve...a nerve that isn't in place, the pain shoots up and down a certain path...ice it, even though heat feel better, ice is gettting to the point good luck!
