Well there are so many variations of slang.... Anyone who doesn't speak standard English and adopts a regional dialect speaks slang. Which means that whole countries and continents speak slang that were colonised by Britain. So I speak a regional slang but not the one you speak of :)
But there you go, I don't know what holla bac means (heard Gwen Stefani sing it) and most American slang goes straight over my head so absolutely I would sound stupid if I tried to use it.

Whats slang there is all types of slang and if we all talk English the words we talk are kind of English which means their oringinally from Engliand. If people want to talk how they want don't worry about it. Wouldn't it be a boring world if people talked all the same. Slang doesn't belong to a certain group anyone can create and say anything they want, within reason.

I tihnk it's kinda funny and ignorant when white people try to talk slang because most of the time they don't even know what they're saying....so I personally think they should just stick to what they know...no offence!
