weight and height shouldn't determine if you're too skinny/fat.
everyone is shaped differently. if your weight causes issues with your life, then you're too fat/skinny. letting a bunch of geeky scientists determine what weight you should be at depending on your height is pretty darn silly, if you ask me.

You should check your BMI (body massi index) which you can find on many sites. It just asks for how tall you are, your gender, and your weight, and sees if everything is in proportion. You sound like you must be pretty skinny, because I'm 2 inches shorter than you and 20 lbs heavier and am at a healthy weight, but you might still be in the healthy weight range. Check out the site:

Interlude is right. Every body is unique. As long as you are healthy, you are okay/fine. No point having a nice body on the outside but all rotten in the inside, YES?

Ahh my step-sister Casey had this problem. She was 18 5'7 and 100 pounds. If you started puperty then give it time. You'll get your hips (i know i did) and gain alittle weight.

Start doing some weightlifting in the gym, and using whey protein supplements, that should help, good luck!
