Your friend is in danger and needs to get away from the older boy. There is too much age difference between a 17 year old and a 13 year old, and the parents - as many as possible, need to be involved to protect the 13 year old from abuse and the 11th grader from jail.

If you need a club, get word to both the 11th grader and your friend that he might be charged with Statuatory Rape, regardless of whether your friend consents to sex. Believe this is true if he is 18 or more, and maybe anyway.

You might ask the parents (probably your friend's) to call the local District Attorney's office and ask about Statuatory Rape laws in your location.

This is from Wikipedia regarding Statuatory Rape: Age of consent is usually the age at which an individual can legally have intercourse with an adult, but in some jurisdictions the AOC establishes the minimum age of sexual conduct with anyone, regardless of age. In jurisdictions with the latter, it would be possible to charge two minors with a violation of the state's AOC.

Talk to her and tell her you are concerned for her. Was she okay with him fingering her? If it was against her will, then I would advise her to break up with him. That's quite the age difference at that stage in life. That guy seems a lot more experienced than she is and is possibly taking advantage of her. You always have to be wary when dating older guys. If your best friend doesn't listen to you, then let it go. You don't want to lose a friend over it. If she doesn't take your advice, then simply be there for her if she needs you to be.

Tell her that you understand that she has feelings for her boyfriend, and tell her that you don't think badly of her boyfriend. Try your best to be kind and non-judgmental when you tell her your concerns.

However, explain to her that you are worried about her because being involved with an older boy is speeding her down a path that will lead to sex at a very young age. Tell her the things that you worry about for her - STDs, emotional readiness, potential pregnancy, her reputation, or any possible moral concerns that you might have.

Tell her that you are worried that she might sell herself out so young for someone who in her future will just be "some guy" that she dated. Tell her that you are worried about her maintaining her dignity and saving herself for someone who really matters. Tell her that you are worried that she thinks that she needs to put out for this guy in order to be attractive or desirable. Remind her that any guy who really cares for her will never pressure her to do anything that she is not completely comfortable with. And, no matter what, tell her that you are always there for her and that she can tell you anything.

My first advice to you is to talk to your parents about this because this should not be allowed to go on. I also realize that this may be difficult for you to do. So, i'm going to give you a web address and phone number to a teen help line to guide you through this problem. As you'll find out, this website can help young teens find answers to difficult problems such as yours. The web address is: HTTP://www.extension.iastate.edu/teenline/ and the telephone number is: 1-800-443-8336. I suggest you do this right away!

nicely it relies upon at one in each and every of those date. My mom pronounced that I wasn't allowed to this factor or have a boyfriend till i grew to become into sixteen, and that i thought that grew to become right into somewhat lots (i'm in eleventh grade and only grew to become sixteen a month in the past!). i think of that the mum and dad ought to have a communication to their little ones, and allow them to bypass on a team date, with the aid of fact they could't give up them from having crushes, and it somewhat is in basic terms center college. Dates to issues including a carnivals/fairs/fairs or college dances are nice, yet i think of at a youthful age each and everything else ought to be a team date however. Congrats on your getting asked out through a guy you like (it somewhat is the final feeling lol) and that i desire each and everything works out. satisfied trip journeys?

Tell your friend's parents so that they can bring charges against the boy. Your friend might get mad at you but better she be mad then ending up getting seriously hurt or pregnant. Either of which she does not need.
