It's called "Fire Like This".. by a band called Hardnox.
It is also used in the film Me, Myself and Irene....
that is....if the advert you are talking about is the one many multi coloured buildings, jumping up and down as the car drives past them.

I don't know, glad you asked it's the same tune on Ace Ventura Pet Detective no it's not it's 'me myself and Irene' i new it was a Jim Carey Film!
