Call the Tennessee child Support Agency , tell them where you live . You will have to get a law er in Tennessee , if that is where your kids live , if not you will need to get a law er where they live . Go on line , and what ever state they live in , look for a law er , a ( women ) law er , they are better for a man to have for a law er , yes , if you are paying your child support , you can see the kids . The worst thing to do , is to let the mother have say so , do everything through a law er , and what ever you do , do not give your x anything to use against you . There are more and more fathers having rights to their kids . The most important thing is the kids , remember that . You have to let the judge see you want to be a great father , and that you will do whatever it takes to be that great father . There are to many kids in this world that suffer at the hands of there mother , because the mother is so mad at the father , they do not let the father see the kids , and forget that the kids want to see their father . Remember it was you and your x that got the divorce , not your kids . Good Luck

Just tell the office that you currently go through that you moved and where. Then contact the local office and tell them that you are working and would like childsupport taken out and that the paperwork should be coming from the office you were with before. To speed it up let them know your childsupport officers name and number so they can contact them. As far as visitation you will have to go to court for that to establish it if you haven't already.

I don't understand your question. Are you looking to get child support or pay it? And no child support doesn't guarantee visitations. It is financial support for the CHILD not payment for visits.

1) call your county court house, ask for the pro se department. they have forms there to fill out (send him copies, etc [instructions are with it]). you do the paperwork, a court date is set and you go with your paystubs. if you dont work, you bring all of your proof of income (in case its asked for) so they can figure out the payment.

here is a link for a Child Support Calculator; just click on your state and fill in the spots. it will give you a figure of what you will recieve (ballpark figure).

or
2) call your local legal aid office. they are in all states and most counties. look in the phone book for it or call the county court clerks office for it. if no luck, contact your state's 'bar association' for it. they go on a sliding scale, so its free to most.

or
3) if you are on assistance, the social services will start the paperwork for you on child support and the hearing at court. just show up.

if you are NOT on assistance, go apply and they get it going for you.

here are some links to help. red cross may be able to help with a cheap car. salvation army helps with everything. the last few links are to help you with items and advice.
