Some companies are willing to pay u under the table, but since that is illegal most companies and small businesses won't do it. If you have any interesting skills u can start your own business. My friend and i started a lipgloss business when we were 12. My sister and i want to start a jewlery business by making these awesome friendship bracelets i learned how to make in the 5th grade. If you can make something cheap and a lot of it, then try selling it. You can even start a free website. Good Luck.
One question.....Y r u paying bills at 13 (or under)? If you are an emacipated minor or whatever aren't u allowed 2 get a job?

Tal to your parents and maybe they will hire you to do special chores around the house that you would normally not do for a special allowance each week. Like 10 or 15 dollars! It works great for starters then you can get a workers permit at age 14 and apply to work with restrictions

Legally, 13 year olds are not allowed to work. Sucks to be 13 and already having to pay bills.

My step-brother who is about your age went into his dentists office and the dentist offered him a job filing and doing odd and ends jobs in the office. You could offer to mow lawns do yard work, wash cars. Ask your neighbors if they have stuff for you to do.
