If not - does anyone think it is a bit of bi-partisian fol-de-roll that we had one for Gerald Ford? I know that the current President gets to decide.... but when two historical figures who shared the same title pass away within a short time frame, wouldn't you think that decorum would dictate that some assembelace of consistence be followed?

Gerald Ford deserved a day of mourning. Reagan was another matter. Funeral arrangements are not in the hands of the people in the United States anyway. The thing I remember most about viewing Reagan's funeral was how sad Mrs. Reagan looked. I remember all of the ceremones for Ford AND has sad Ms. Ford looked.
