8 glasses a day would be the bare minimum. If you are an athlete I would shot for a gallon.

I would say about 5-7 tall glasses of water. But dont drink to close together. You might make your stomach upset.

You should be drinking eight glasses of water per day. If you don't drink water everyday, you may go into dehydration. It is very important you get the water you need becsuse you also have to perspire, and drinking water doen't make you perspiration smell.
