like if you dont feel anything during the day but when you're all alone you feel depressed. you don't know how to feel at that point of time. you're kinda mixed up and don't know what to do. its hard to explain, but if you feel the same way sometimes you know what i'm saying. well at least i hope.

You may need medical attention.
Is depression a mental illness?
Yes, depression is a serious, but treatable, mental problem. It is a medical problem not a personal weakness. It is also very common, affecting 10% of the U.S. population at any given time. Everybody at one point or another will feel sadness as a reaction to loss, grief, or injured self-esteem, but clinical depression, called "major depressive disorder" or "major depression" by doctors, is a serious medical illness that needs professional diagnosis and treatment.

Ask yourself these questions:
Do I worry all or most of the time? Are there specific things that cause me anxiety?
Do I feel unable to control my worrying?
Am I constantly or frequently on edge, agitated, irritable, or restless?
Do I often feel tired or have difficulty concentrating?
Do I have trouble sleeping?
Have my sleeping or eating habits changed?
Most days, do I feel sad or depressed?
Have I begun using, or increased my use of, alcohol or drugs?
Is my anxiety interfering with my family, social, or professional responsibilities?
If you've answered yes to any of these questions, you should probably see your doctor. He or she will likely give you a complete physical to rule out any medical causes for your symptoms.
Various heart and thyroid problems, epilepsy, asthma, and even menopause are among the many medical conditions that can mimic anxiety disorders by causing symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, breathlessness, nausea, sweating, dizziness, and chest pain. Taking or suddenly discontinuing drugs for high blood pressure, diabetes, and insomnia can do the same.
Your doctor may also use various screening tests to help determine the cause, type, and severity of your anxiety. Screening tools include the Beck Anxiety Inventory, the Hamilton Anxiety Rating

I take place to think of it is not correct how deep you're, life continues to be gonna throw bullsh!t your way. There are as many opportunities for someone's strengths to be examined as there are his weaknesses. Your problem on the 2d isn't which you're too deep, and individually i'd disagree that there is that this style of factor as being "too deep". Your problem is which you lack practicality at the back of that mind-blowing suggestions you have. whilst all people is telling you which you're "too deep", they actually mean which you will desire to be extra decisive or assertive.

I can relate to what you're saying I think. Is it bad? Define bad. I would ask you to seek help, whether that be simply talking to a trusted friend or therepy. It's not something that will simply go away on it's own.

You have a deep void in your life that needs filled. Try some sort of spirituality that you can relate to. Praying, meditating, whatever you have to do to feel "connected".
