I had a 2nd job interview over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything.....?

During my 2nd interview they said I was their top candidate and they need to talk to a couple other people. They said the next step would be for me to come back and do a 3rd interview with another man. They were intending on having this person start mid-January. Would it be ok for me to call or email them to ask the status?

Yes definitely call. In that way the company will know that you are still interested.

Usually they will call & acknowledge the status. But its ok for you to call & ask, no harm on that. At least the Interviewer knows that they need to update the status of your application. All the best.
