Hey!
does anyone know the way to fold a crisp packet so it ends up in a triangle shape

I am with Fringa as well. I could show you, but alas, as said, it is extremely hard to explain. Good show Fringa!

Yup...

First fold it into a thin strip, then fold in the middle length ways - this gives you your start point. Next fold the packet so it crosses the centre fold diagonally - try till you work it out, this is the secret to success...

Then fold alternate ends across the centre until all you have left is enough to tuck into the end - thus forming the triangle...

Hard to describe in words... easier to show you.......look, come over here, right, you take...........

Yes

Flatten it out. Take the left hand corner and bring it to the middle

Press on the fold

Take right hand corner and bring it to middle

Press on the fold

voila! A triangle

perhaps I'm being over simplistic but I would have thought diagonally both corners of one side to the middle of the other... and then fold those 2 triangles together if you want it smaller/more compact & tidy

I used to work in pub and it sounds right from what she's saying. never really was dedicated enough to learn to do it myself though.
