this may sound childish but its annoying me! my older sister wanted me to help her friend get a job so i pulled a few strings and got her a job at my work. we started to get along great, but her life started to go down hill, she just left her husband and took her phone, so she had to get a new phone and #. well she just quit the job because she thinks i'm sleeping her ex cuz she saw my number in the phone that he took from her, but she's not bothering to see the date of the call and seeing it was when she had the phone.
so now she's going calling poeple at my work and saying i slept with her husband. my owners have a zero tolerance for drama and with all of this drama i'm afraid that i'll get fired. i'm staying quiet so i don't draw attention but there's alot of commotion still going on about it. i know she doesn't work there anymore but it can still get me fired. how do i make her stop this drama and realize she's wrong!!!

She is jealous of u to cause this trouble,
U are doing right by not commenting and being quiet about it.
Dont worry, it will fade out.
Dont listen to the ill gossip, just do your job and get paid.
Smile at everyone and who cares what they think.

the only answer i can say is ,in life other people are jealous of you ,,and want to put you down ,or hurt you ,or even delight in causing you emotional pain.
i dont think you slept with her husband but she is obviously hurting and wants to hurt in return
if your bosses sack you then im sure u ave a case to sue them for wrongfull dismissal
u know gal some time the truth all ways comes out ,,hang on in there,gal i will tell you this from expirience its not the things we worry about that scews your life ,,its the things that come from no where that suprises us ,,i would not be suprised if you never hear nothing again at work,,
if it was me and she continued to accouse me ,,id take so much then i would kick sh t out of her ..why should you take crap

You have to go to human resources about it. You may end up having to find a new job, because crap like this stains you for the remainder of your tenure.

you could better call your job so they know your piece of the story, explain to your friend that this was all a confusing problem slow don't worry cause if you do it looks like you're lying
