Does anyone know a good guitar instructor for my 10 year old son in the Menlo Park CA area?

Hello. I'm a fellow resident of the Bay Area (San Mateo). You just so happen to live nearby two places that come to mind:

1. Gryphon music is located in Palo Alto. They specialize in high end guitars & other string instruments. They offer classes I believe for different levels & could probably help you select the right private instructor if you want to go that route.

2. On San Antonio Rd. off El Camino in Mtn. View is the Mountain View Community School of Music. I don't know much about them but I do know that they are well established in the community.
