well its not very expensive but its about the mid of expensive and cheap.but it would be a great gift to give someone.

Not at all..blue topaz is very pretty..who cares if it is cheap or not? It also has some good healing qualities if you are into that stuff. Give from the heart.

Yes, the larger it is the more expenssive it is. It is a beautiful gem, and if I got a ring or necklace or anything with it on it I would love it.

I don't think so. It is my birthstone and I have one setting next to a diamond on my ring and this ring was appraised at $500.00. I know the diamond didn't cost that much. Besides, the value of the stone is worth more to the individual. :}

no since its a birthstone it cant be cheap besides blue topaz is my birthstone and very expencive

maybe it was given to you as signifying because maybe it's your birthstone.

i personally think it's the thought that counts.
