First I rearrange the equation so the Y's are the only thing on the left side:
-3Y = 15 + 6X - 6X

This simplifies to
-3Y = 15

Divide by -3 to get
Y = -5

Basically, for slope intercept form, you want Y = everything else.
What's it mean here, though?

Normally the form is Y = mX + B
Since you don't have an X, the m (your slope) must be a 0 (0*X = 0). A slope of zero is a horizontal line.

B is your Y intercept. In this case, it is -5.

So since your slope is 0, you have a horizontal line at Y = -5. (Picture a flat line 5 units below the origin).

The answer to the problem is y=x/3-5, the slope intercept is m=1/3

The steps are -3y+6x=15+6x
-3y+6x-6x=15
-3y+x=15
-3y= -x+15
y=x/3-5 PS cards736 and bling bling man are wrong and everybody else did not finish answer your question.
y=x/3-5

hmm i did algabra last year so hopfully i remember how to do this..

first get y on one side
-3y+6x=15+6x
-6x -6x
than divide by -3 to get y alone
-3y =15
-3/-3 15/-3
y=5

ehh i dont know the slope intercept?
slope intercept form is
y=mx+b
im not sure what you wanted sorry that the best i could do.

heyy im in 6th grade and this stuff is easy. drop the Xs by turning them into 1s 15+6=21. minus the six from the othe side giving you 15 and 15 divided by negative 3 gives you negative 5 making y= -5 x= 1 and hey im only in pre algerbra

leave the y and it's coefficent(-3)
subtract 6x from both sides
so.......
-3y=15
divide both sides by -3
y=-5

hi. i'm in algebra too...isn't it BORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRINNNNNG?

i dont know wat the slope is but
-3y+6x=15+6x
......-6x.......-6x

-3y=15 then u divide each side by 3which u would get y=-5
