I think this year it's Notre Dame. Look at them they got killed by Michigan and USC. They're good but when they actually play teams that are good they got hammered. Also there were plenty of games this year that they should have lost.

Michigan wasn't overrated,... they played against a well-prepared USC team who had lapses against Oregon State and UCLA. Roy, fyi, USC will be the preseaon #1 in the coming football season.

Michigan is a great team, Lloyd Carr is a terrible coach. He's paid 2.5 million dollars a year to make simple predictable play calls and to fail to adjust to opposing playcalling. Even a child doesn't touch a hot stove twice, but Lloyd will call slow developing pass plays that end in sacks over and over and over.
So... the most overrated CF team is probably USC, who failed to score 10 against UCLA, and allowed 40+ against OSU. The only reason Michigan lost was because Lloyd Carr's playcalling negates the vast talents of his players, playing down to the level of other teams. USC wishes it could have HB Michael Hart, WR Mario Manningham, returner Steve Breaston, OT Jake Long, or any of the Michigan defense.

Notre Dame, even tho I hate to say it because I'm an ND fan. Their secondary is a joke. But also Michigan because they got stomped by USC.
