I think RKO will win by cheating or whatever. It's too good to be true for DX to win the World Tag Team Titles.
Cena will win because Umaga is still a new guy-fans aren't ready for that
Victoria could win that way WWE can milk the storyline until Wrestlemania and we can see another match between the two.
Carlito-just because he rocks. Masters is stalling
Ric Flair-because he just rocks too!
Hardy will probably win just because the belt has been bouncing back and forth and all over and I think fans are tired of it. If he doesn't he will probably be put in a money in the bank ladder match at W23 and can move up in being a possible contender for the WWE Champion title-maybe not RAW but ECW's.

RKO - It will not be clean but something has to push this to Wrestlemania
Cena - Umaga has the streak but fans love to hate Cena
Not sure - Could go either way but if Victoria wins, Mickie gets the belt back fairly soon
Carlito - Masters is on his way off RAW.
Flair - Kenny has gotten the better of him twice
Nitro - Hardy doesn't need the belt to be over and there are better face contenders than other heel contenders
