which console would you get, give me reasons why or why not.
not considering a wii.

I would get the 360 just because the current price is lower than the PS3 and I have one already and the graphics are ******* awsome... The only down side is that you have to get a disc or have Xbos live to be able to play the older games because the 360 needs a thing called Backwards Compatability...I just burned the update on a disc and put it on though... But the PS3's will go down in price eventually...so you can wait for that...
But that is just my POV

Xbox 360 Hands Down... Way Better Than Spending $600 On Something That You WilL Throw a Side In A Few Years.. When Newer Systems Come Out.. Junky.. Xbox 360 Always Has Xbox Live No Matter What New Systems They Make.. And Has Many People To Meet And PLay Your Games With =)

Are you looking for the absolute best console you can get? Or are you lookin for an upgraded Xbox?
Personally, I love the PS3, but I have the 360 and it's awesome.
So go PS3 if you have the cash and go 360 if you dont

An Xbox 360 because it is just as good as the PS3, if not better and any game that is 700 dollars is not worth getting !!

360! There are numerous reasons, but mainly b/c Sony is Pigheaded!
AND WHAT IS AKJ TALKING ABOUT DOWN THERE??????? MICROSOFT CAME OUT WITH WINDOWS IN 1983...AND MS-DOS WAS FROM 1981.....
Sony's computer-related products launched in the 1980s were eventually discontinued due to a lack of interest in the market.

the diverse number of varietiy of highly popular games have already been released and many MORE anticipated games such as halo 3 will be for the x-box 360.

360 over ps3 anytime 360 got more and better games comming out than ps3 and its cheaper with better graphics and xbox live
