Ten thousands place. (The 7)

EDIT: Dan reversed the numbers. The 0 is in the ones place, the 2 in the tens, the 3 in the hundreds, etc...

It is in the ten thousands place.
To identify a number placing, look at the chart I made below.

1) Let's pick a random number: 435,689,530
2) You start counting placings from the right, going left from the decimal. (With decimal numbers, count from the decimal going to the right)
3) From the decimal (going left), it does in the order of:
ones 4
tens 3
hundreds 5
thousands 6
ten thousands 8
hundred thousands 9
millions 5
ten millions 3
hundred millions 0

So what place is the 8 in? It is in the ten thousands. You can imagine this going vertical (I tried writing it vertical, but it did not work out. Everything got jumbled when I previewed it).
