How can I get rid of this...she got it from setting off a firework when she was in college...now she is an adult and has this horrible black burn covering her whole face. I thought it would go away when she became an adult, or took a shower. Help!

Go to your mirror, go to the full face makeup and put none on; you might have to switch it to one of the painted ones for a sec but switch it right back to none. Then click ok. It should be taken off now.
I had that problem once :)

Usually whenever one of my sims get's blown up i can just tell them to bathe or change clothes and it'll go away, but if this doesnt work then go with what the first answer said.
