Each brother has his own set of DNA from the father and mother. There are some things the same and some differences. Only identical twins where the egg splits are the same DNA. Each sperm gets half of the fathers DNA, each egg gets half the mothers DNA, the combinations can vary.

Everybody else is right - the answer is no.
Just wanted to add that you, on average, inherit 50% of the same genes as your brother.
But then 99.9% of your parents' genes are the same as each other, so it doesn't matter which parent you get a gene from, if both parents have the same one.
So you have only a fraction less than 100% of the same genes as your brother. But not 100%.
You get almost exactly 100% the same DNA as an identical twin, but DNA doesn't get copied perfectly, so even that is not quite 100%.

You get half your DNA from Mom and half from Dad. But siblings (unless identical twins) do not necessarily get each half from the same parent.

very very similar dna, but not exact, the father and mother both passed on their genes, but each egg and sperm are slightly differenr, identical twin's dna would be identical, sice the same egg and sperm spawned them both

No, everyon'es DNA is different. You might have some of the same genes, but no two DNA's are exactly alike. Even twins!
