It stands to reason if I as a human can breath through my ears then yes I believe a turtle can especially if its a Ninja Turtle. Mikey could.

no they cant-you heard a rumor and bought into it- there would have to be a specific airpassage straight from lungs to anus-which there isnt.if you say its a reported fact-I'd have to trust you saw it somewhere reputable...and admit I'm no expert on turtle butts but now will have to find out for myself because that is about the oddest thing I've heard for awhile

I didn't know that... maybe that explains why turtles are among the longest living creatures on the planet. What about cockroaches? They have been here since God was a boy too.
