I have seven new messages, but it's freezing at the 2nd one and getting an error so I can't receive the other one. Is there a way to not receive that one so I can get to my other emails? Or is there a way to fix this? It doesn't really give a type of error, it just says error.

The problem is with either of the following........

1. slow internet connection
2. Firewall interuption
3. Server problem down where the real address is.
4. outlook software problem.

Outlook Express is a program from Microsoft.

Get rid of it. Get yahoo mail or msn mail or anything besides outlook.
