Yes there would be Republicans left, but they will be the nice ones who have been pushed way in the back quite some time ago.
Since there was no requirements for the IQ test, the crooks got under the umbrella of the Republican Party and took control.
Early on, the crooks realized that going under the Democratic ticket will not produce any personal gain since the Democrats will give the money away to the needy and spend for education.
Introduction of IQ test will return the party back from the hands of the evils.

This question reminds me of when I was in the eighth grade and our teacher asked if a president needs a high school education; if the constitution requires it. I was picked to answer it and I said "yes". The teacher informed us that there is no educational requirement for the office of President of the United States.
Now to your question: I think IQ is measured in numbers, so you should have included an IQ of such a number.
Actually, I think of there were a minumum IQ for being president, most of the potential candidates (Republican and Democrat) would be ineligible!! In case you're wondering, I'm a Democrat.
There are smart members of both parties out there, though.

If there were an IQ test to run for President, most Democrats and Republicans wouldn't be able to run. We wouldn't see any Socialists or Environmentalists running for president. Only a Capitalist would be allowed to run.

Yes, because most Republicans think that IQ is only short for Iraq.

Every president will have to have a good IQ.. Things that make the differences are whether they are alert about the world's situation or not.
