I personally don't care that much for the auditions (where they have all the awful singers), but I really like the show. I just wondered how many people like the auditions better and how many people like watching after the field's been narrowed down a bit.

all i watch are the auditions although half of them are people purposely being bad bc they want to be on tv

Never seen Americal Idol (I'm in England) but on our equivalent I LOVE watching the audition stage, seeing some of those awful singers makes me laugh! Which is quite mean of me really but it can be really funny! I like it when they've got down to the last ten or so though and you start seeing the really good performances, thats cool :-)

I actually watch the auditions and then stop after the rest of the show has started. Of course, I don't get to watch much tv anyway.

auditions b/c the bad singers are entertaining. i usually try not to watch the show all the way through cuz i get attached to ppl and then im sad when they have to leave :( but the auditions r hilarious. :)

I like the auditions best, i think the show after that has no entertainment value and is a bit of a sham. Its called the X-Factor not 'Who's the best singer?' Madonna is not a fantastic singer but she has the X factor. beyonce has a great voice but so do hundreds of girls she has the X Factor.

I must admit I do enjoy the auditions but I love the show better, especially getting to vote and rooting for your favorites!

the auditions are the best part! the rest of the show just gets redundant after a while.
