Are these people names in your life now or just the tattoo itself? Please explain.

I have my husband name on my lower back, but to get around the whole "if you put someones name on you, they will leave" curse. It is written in Elvin writing. (yeah my husbands a dungeon and dragons freak)

I don't think too many people have something like that tattooed on them... at least I have seen quite a few

Most people who have names as tattoos, are names of either their children, parents, or beloved ones.

I have three tattoos.....but none have names. I think I'll get my kids names tattooed on me when I have kids

I have ten tattoos,no names.My dad had a name tattooed,but Mom made him get it blackened over.I learned.
The only script I have,is a medic alert message.

I have my name written across a scroll held by an angel
I have my mom's name written in cursive
I have my husband's name on my wrist...I got that before we even got engaged and don't regret it.
I've yet to get my daughter's name on me, she was just born 4 months ago.

I have one on my breast of Dale Earnhardt's #3 with his signature he has passed on now,i have a buffalo bills one but just the buffalo no name it is obvious what it means and a New York Yankees one as well
